Design and real estate have always been closely intertwined for Cari Goeke. Long before launching The Southern Edit, she was drawn to the way a well-designed space could completely transform how a home feels and how it’s experienced.
With decades of experience in the real estate industry, Cari has walked through countless homes, developing an intuitive understanding of what makes a space not only beautiful, but marketable. Over time, that experience naturally evolved into a refined eye for design, one that sees beyond what a space is and recognizes what it could become.
Known for her ability to thoughtfully piece together furniture, textures, and décor, Cari creates interiors that feel balanced, elevated, and inviting. Her approach is rooted in intention and never overdone.
